MAKING SMALL STEPS FOR A BIG REASON
A few simple ways I try to stay eco conscious

Caring for our planet is really important to me, which is why all the wood I use comes from sustainable, responsibly managed woodlands. I stick to fast-growing species like Birch, Maple, Cherry, and Walnut—trees that are harvested at the same pace they grow. That way, the forests stay healthy and thriving for years to come.
The acrylics I use are just as planet-friendly. They’re made from 100 percent recycled and recyclable materials—giving new life to acrylics that would otherwise end up in landfill or be incinerated. Any leftover bits from the printing and cutting process get sent back to be recycled again, keeping waste to a minimum.
When it comes to sourcing things like components, printed materials, or equipment, I try to keep it local—mainly within the UK. There are two big reasons for this: I love supporting small and local businesses, and it also helps reduce carbon emissions from shipping.
Being eco-conscious is something I try to carry through all areas of my life, not just in my work. It’s all about taking small, meaningful steps towards a bigger goal—one I care about deeply
